Woven Through

These works are made slowly, by hand, one mark at a time. Stitch by stitch. Ink and tide. Glass worn smooth by years of water. Each piece here is the record of a process: patient, deliberate, and open to what the materials decide.

This is work that rewards the viewer who lingers, because it was made by artists who know how to wait. Thread accumulates into image. Ink finds its own path through coastal air. The sea spends years on a piece of glass so a jeweler can spend hours on a setting. A stone is chosen because it is exactly right — not almost right, but exactly. Process is not just how these things were made. It is what they are about.
