Aileen Cain
Aileen has been a painter, ceramicist, and maker of tile mosaics for most of her adult life. She has discovered that her artistic experiences in color, form, and pattern have come together in fused glass.
She creates multicolored fused glass pieces, including platters, bowls and panels. Glass is first fused in a kiln into a single flat piece of glass made up of layers of the different colors and then slumped in the kiln again into a mold.
She has lived with her family in Moss Beach for the last 30 years and has her studio/gallery on the coast.
